The 104 tray is the classic 3 count pepper tray.  Think the “stoplight” pack of bell peppers you see in stores.  Customers have also used it for produce such as asparagus.  Much like the 10s and 10P that provide a longer narrow tray, The 104 is a long, narrow tray that is a bit lighter for smaller versions of the 10s and 10P trays packs.
